Our vision is to thoughtfully restore a historic waterfront property by rebuilding the fishing pier, bringing back the marina and waterfront restaurant, and creating a small collection of homes that respect the island’s character and coastal heritage.
By welcoming new residents who appreciate this unique way of life, we hope to help ensure that Bokeelia remains the peaceful, authentic waterfront community that generations have cherished.
